Sebastian Corradino

Principal

 
Sebastian founded MissionFirst in 1997 to fill an unmet demand  by nonprofit organizations for affordable housing finance and development consulting services. Under his leadership, MissionFirst has helped our clients to build or preserve over 1,600 units of high quality affordable rental housing around the nation, with a total development cost of over $200 million.   In 2000, Sarah Constant joined MissionFirst and since 2001 has been overseeing MissionFirst's projects, with Sebastian's ongoing support. 

Sebastian has been active in the field of housing and community development for more than  fifteen years. Prior to founding MissionFirst, he was  an originator and underwriter for the National Equity Fund , in Chicago, Illinois.  Prior to the National Equity Fund, he was the Director of Program Operations and Finance at the Cooperative Housing Foundation in Silver Spring, Maryland.   There he oversaw a staff of 25 people in the United States and abroad in the design and implementation of housing finance programs around the world.   Sebastian earned a Juris Doctor degree from George Mason University, a Master of Public Administration degree from the Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Joseph's University.
